Kick-Start Meeting at CWS Fonthill Cleanrooms

Our team attended a Kick-Start Meeting at CWS Fonthill Cleanrooms at Fonthill Industrial Estate, Dublin 22 for a new project that will comprise of the construction of a new production hall within its live Fonthill building.

The works will incorporate the erection of a new steel structure and 1^st floor slab within the existing warehouse, to facilitate the building of new ISO 5 and ISO 7 Cleanrooms for processing and sterilising cleanroom garments for the pharmaceutical and microelectronics industries. The works also include new autoclaves and dosing room, together with the reorganisation of process areas for incoming goods, outgoing goods expedition packaging, labelling and dispatch areas, along with new staff changing facilities and upgrades to the administration building. This intensive extension and remodelling works include substantial plant and utility upgrades and incorporation, all while maintain the current live 24/7 processing operations.
