Áras an tSáile, Renmore, Galway – Progress Update

Works continue at a steady pace at Áras an tSáile, Renmore, Galway. We are currently stripping the temporary roof off the final phase.

This project involves deep retrofit works of the existing Government Office to improve the buildings energy efficiency by a minimum of 50% (targeted 60% improvement in energy efficiency and a BER A3 rating), as part of the Government’s commitment to sustainability.

This Project is managed by the Office of Public Works, it is funded by the Irish Government and part-financed by the European Union under the EU National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP)
