Telephone House Update

Great to see the scaffolding coming down on our Telephone House Project revealing the façade.

This design and build development consists of the refurbishment and change of use of the existing Telephone House building, on Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, from office use to a 290 room Aparthotel for Home2 Suites by Hilton. When completed the Aparthotel will span 10 floors over basement and will be the first of Hilton’s Home2 Suites brand in Western Europe.
