Telephone House Site Update

We are making great progress on site at Telephone House, Malbourough Street, Dublin 1.

Panelised façade installation nearing completion.
Sample rooms complete.
Scaffolding removal ongoing to existing building.
Roofing ongoing.

This design and build development consists of the refurbishment and change of use of the existing Telephone House building, from office use to a 290-bed Aparthotel for Home2 Suites by Hilton. When completed the Aparthotel will span 10 floors over basement and will be the first of Hilton’s Home2 Suites brand in Europe.
