Stewart commence works on 47- 49 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2.

The project comprises of alterations, renovations and fit-out to the existing 5 storey over basement office building located in Dublin city centre at St.Stephens Green. “Live” environment with existing tenants on two floors insitu throughout, located between occupied buildings and facing onto a busy street front.  The building was originally constructed in the late 1700’s or early 1800’s and retains some of its original features including the external façade.
