Project Description: Stewart have now delivered 19 projects for An Post. Many of these projects were of a similar nature, i.e. extensions to An Post Sorting Offices (Large warehouse Type Buildings), and the others involvedrefurbishments of existing Retail units (C&D Framework), with works being carried out during periods of “Live” operation by An Post. On the Extensions, all building services were taken from the existing building. The refurbishment projects involved full replacement of M&E Services and upgrade of welfare facilities. An Post demand project delivery based upon high quality, a high level of commitment from its’ contractors and completion to a very tight programme. We have recently been awarded a further number of refurbishment contracts as a part of the C&D Framework.
