Project Description:

High-quality bespoke office accommodation including fit-out. Works to historic buildings in particular refurbishment work to Protected Structures and including works within archaeologically sensitive areas that involved the careful excavation and integration of new works with existing structures of archaeological significance

Project on Flood St. Galway, very close to Solas Cinema Location, Sensitive town centre location – Safety, traffic management and control of deliveries were critical

Involved constructing an extension above the oldest archaeological site in Galway City dating back to the 13th Century. Part new building and part refurbishment of old 18th and 20th century buildings. Customs House in Galway won a Heritage Award.

Over basement building with public access areas, offices, archive rooms, etc. fully serviced with public areas, toilet areas
