
Project Description:
This was the first of planned special schools, part primary/mainly 2nd level, incorporating children with special needs into a standard school. Construction details, special rooms, services equipment and facilities were provided. Building took place beside and in an integrated fashion with an existing active primary school, that have shared access to a section of the new school. Co-ordination of works, partial handover and holiday period works in the existing buildings were used to meet the target date, following a delayed start. Laboratories, etc. included in the school.
