Project Description:
Design & Build & Turnkey development of Technology Centre with Incubation Units for new and emerging Technology Businesses. The Centre was completely redeveloped over a 16-month period between 2000 and 2001 with support from Enterprise Ireland. The new 50,000 sq.ft. technology centre is now more than double its original size and can house over 40 SMEs and micro enterprises on site at any one time.
Each workspace is designed to facilitate the needs of IT companies from start up and research and development stages through to development and expansion. The units range in size from 500sq. ft. (46.45 sq. mtrs) up to 2500sq. ft. (232.3 sq. mtrs.) and each incorporates a high level of technology fit-out and facilities.
