3 storey office building, high spec with full A.C., subdivision capabilities. FISC who had occupied 1 floor in Block 2 sought a full block built to their own spec., fully finished with raised floors, suspended ceilings, lifts, toilets, carparking & site works, landscaping, steel frame using Slimfloor & precast concrete floors generally used giving good ceiling & floor spaces for services “live” Business Park, blocks operational.
Entire building was fitted out to FISC specific requirements including standard partitions, frameless glass partitions & acoustic partitions. M&E and services, data cabling, particular comms rooms & patch rooms were installed. Special boardroom fit out, complete canteen area fitted out as were separate tea stations on all floors. High grade audio visual systems were installed including training rooms.
