Project Description:The project involves the construction of a new 29 classroom school building including, Piling and Underpinning works, a Green roof, Insulated Render system and Granite cladding.
Also comprises part demolition of an existing protected structure, and the extensive refurbishment of the retained protected structure, including structural works, re-roofing, sash window and architectural feature refurbishment, including new internal and external finishes, and the full refit of Mechanical and Electrical services.
The siteworks include large volumes of soil excavation and stone fill, and extensive surface paving and drainage.
